- 3 1/3 cups water
- 1 1/8 cups sugar
- 1 3/4 cups cocoa
- 5/8 cup crème de cacao
- Put the water and sugar into a saucepan. Cook together 4 minutes to dissolve the sugar and make a syrup.
- Add the cocoa and mix well. Return to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook 5 minutes. Cool.
- Add crème de cacao. Freeze in an ice cream freezer.
