Ingredients
- 115 g (1/2 cup) vegan margarine
- 50 g (1/4 cup) shortening
- 375 g (3 cups) confectioner's sugar
- 25 g (2 tbs) (approximately) vegan milk
- 5 g (1 tsp) vanilla extract
Steps
- Cream together the fats.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir together.
- Beat until fluffy, about 5 minutes. Add small amounts more liquid if needed - towards end as mixture lightens with beating.

Steps
- Add 75 g (3/4 cup) cocoa powder with the confectioners' sugar.
- Double the amount of vegan milk.
Storage Instructions
Store airtight in the refrigerator up to 2 days. Freeze for longer storage. Bring to room temperature before using.
