Ingredients
- 20 g (4 tsp) sugar AND 10 g (1 tbs) dextrose AND 10 g (2 tsp) fructose, OR 40 g (3 tbs) sugar
- 3 g (1/2 tsp) lite salt
- 2 g (1/4 tsp) ascorbic acid
- 1 g (1/8 tsp) - 2 g (1/4 tsp) citric acid (optional)
- 6 drops - 8 drops water soluble candy flavouring, OR 1/4 tsp flavour extract
- 1 drops - 3 drops food colour
- 2 litres water

- Stir all ingredients in water until dissolved.
