This nut and brown sugar streusel is good on coffee cakes.
IngredientsFor 2 cups
- 100 g (3/4 cup) walnuts or pecans
- 30 g (3 tbs) all purpose flour
- 45 g (3 tbs) butter
- 130 g (2/3 cup) brown sugar
- 1 g (1/2 tsp) cinnamon
- Chop the nuts coarsely, if not sold chopped.
- Mix together the flour, butter and sugar, and cinnamon together until crumbly.
- Mix in the nuts.
