Tiger's Milk


  • 1/2 cup frozen undiluted orange juice
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp nutritional oil
  • 1/2 cup non-instant powdered milk
  • 1/2 cup brewers' yeast
  • 2 cups skim milk


  1. In a blender blend the orange juice concentrate, whole milk, and oil until combined.
  2. Add the powdered milk and brewers' yeast and carefully blend in.
  3. Add the skim milk and blend briefly until combined.
